All Manthorpe loft doors have catches to prevent wind uplift and are fully insulated and draught sealed.

All doors have a white, easy clean, finely textured finish and classic design to suite all decors.

Doors can also be supplied with insulation material which is complient with Part L Building Regulations to a rating of 0.35W/m²k. Manthorpe's Part L complient doors are denoted with the suffix L after the reference code, eg. GL250-03L.

Manthorpe's GL250-03 Drop Down / Lift Out Loft Access Door has a twist action catch which engages the frame in three locations to provide a secure, draught sealed fit.

The frame has flexible tabs designed to allow for some variances in roof truss spacing and all screws are provided for fast installation.

Manthorpe's GL250-03L and GL250-03L (EPS) versions are both Part L compliant.

Manthorpe’s square GL260 Loft door incorporates a double catch feature and a foam compression seal to ensure secure draft free fitting.

The fully removable push up door is thermally insulated and is supplied as a finished unit with its own frame and fixing screws provided.

The GL280F Rectangular Drop Down Fire Rated Loft Access Doors is designed to be flush fit to the ceiling and to fit between 600mm centre trusses.

All fire doors are fitted with a catch lock supplied with a "T" key. A version with a euro cylinder lock can also be supplied (GL281F).

The fire door range is fully insulated with a mineral fibre fire retardant insulation to achieve a fire rating of 1 Hour. The G280F and G281F are both Part L compliant.

Note: Trimmed opening need to be lined with plasterboard in fire rated applications.

The fire door range is fully insulated with a mineral fibre fire retardant insulation to achieve a fire rating of 1 Hour. The G270F and G271F are both Part L compliant.

Note: Trimmed opening need to be lined with plasterboard in fire rated applications.

The ladders are designed with deep non-slip treads, a metal safety catch, preventing premature drop during sliding ladder operation, and rubber feet for extra stability.

A complete fitting accessory pack and filling instructions are supplied with each ladder, including operating pole.

GL256 is a two section ladder and GL257 comes in three sections.
